The pro-theme has the option to set the slider from page/post/category/tags and if you are only getting the option Featured Page then there might be the chance that you are activating the free version of the theme.
So please make sure you have activated the Business Filed pro theme then only all of the options mentioned above will be available in the customizer.
Also, the theme does not have the feature to add the Featured Events in the slider and as much as we would love to help you with this, we are unable to do so as it requires higher code customization.
Our suggestion to you is hire a professional developer so that your theme will not be affected in any way.

You have to re-download the theme file and upload again if you have deleted the functions.php file.
Also if you have directly made the changes is the original theme file then all of your modification will be lost and there is no way you could get back the changes.
So we strongly recommend you to go through the child theme for any modification in the theme.

First of all we would like to apologize for all the trouble you are having.
When we locally checked the theme we are unable to find such issue.
So we could not suggests anything for now since we don’t know what exactly is going on so please once check the error by setting define(‘WP_DEBUG’, true); in your wp-config.php. file. This will list the error and please post your issue here so that we can help your further.

First of all thank you very much for using the pro version of the theme.
We do not have the demo file bundled within the theme so that you could set up your site as in the demo but there is nothing to worry about since there is themes official documentation which you can refer to set up your site as in the demo.

http://themepalace.com/instructions/themes/university-hub-pro/Now the Content that is shown at the button in the home page is static home content.
If you completely want to remove it then you can do so by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Homepage Options and uncheck the option Show Home Content.
Also, the content here comes from the page that you have assigned to display the Home Page In Homepage Setting option so go to that page edit screen and edit the content as you like.

The option to edit “Welcome To Our Blog ” that appears in the blog page is only available in the pro version of the theme.

To make the custom links in the primary menu open in the new tab please follow below given steps:
Go to Appearance > Menu, and click on screen options in the top right corner. Then check the Link Target option.

After that add your desired custom links in the menu that you have created. Here you will find the option to enable/disable the menu to open in new tab.

Actually, it is not theme related issue and please once check for the issue by deactivating the third party plugin if you have used any of them.

All our premium themes come with initial 1 year of Subscription.
This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access until 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access.

We apologize that you are having trouble using Yummy Pro Theme.
However, while we have tested the theme with Latest WordPress version, no such issues were found in the Customizer edit screen.
Please provide us details on WordPress version you are using the theme. Also, please check the issue by clearing your browser cache and deactivating any third party plugins ( that is not recommended by the theme ) one by one ( if you are using any ) and check to see if the issue is resolved.
Also, if the above steps do not help resolve the issue, please provide us further details on the issue ( with screenshot ) and your website URL so that we can look into the issue further and provide you with some precise fix.
