Hi,
I am experiencing an issue with WP and my browser crashing constantly when customizing the theme. I tested with another theme and the issue cannot be reproduced. How do I process a refund?

We apologize that you are having trouble using Yummy Pro Theme.
However, while we have tested the theme with Latest WordPress version, no such issues were found in the Customizer edit screen.
Please provide us details on WordPress version you are using the theme. Also, please check the issue by clearing your browser cache and deactivating any third party plugins ( that is not recommended by the theme ) one by one ( if you are using any ) and check to see if the issue is resolved.
Also, if the above steps do not help resolve the issue, please provide us further details on the issue ( with screenshot ) and your website URL so that we can look into the issue further and provide you with some precise fix.

I updated my WP to the current version and still experience the crashing issue.
I found another theme that works better for me. Is it possible to get a refund? I purchased the theme last week.

Actually, it is not theme related issue and please once check for the issue by deactivating the third party plugin if you have used any of them.
But if you still want the refund then send your refund request to info@themepalace.com with Order ID and purchase email address.
