When we inspected your site URL, we found that you are activating WEN Business Theme but the option you are looking for is in the WEN Business Pro Theme.

It requires the Pro theme to get the function.

As for the icon hover color, add below-given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.
