Please once check the error by setting a PHP constant WP_DEBUG as true in the wp-config.php file .
Enabling WP_DEBUG will cause all PHP errors, notices and warnings to be displayed . Please let us know the all the error listed .

The feature you are requesting requires higher code customization and as much as we would like to help you we are not able to as, the theme doesn’t support this customization and this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and theme documentation.
Although it is possible for you to achieve your request on the theme with advanced code customization of the theme, it might effect other parts of the theme, like its design and at times its functionality.
Our suggestion to you is to hire a professional developer for your customization, so that your theme will no be effected in any way.

Upon inspecting your site we found that you have not uploaded the images in the posts you have created .
So please upload the image in Featured image section of the post by going to particular post edit screen.

To change the word “Shopping Cart” in the Header to “Basket” you have to activate the child theme .

And yes you have go through the child theme approach to make any change in the theme as your original modification wont be lost.

No it does not mean you have to purchase the same theme again .You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription.
The message means that you can download the updates and get support for the theme up to 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get support for the theme .
