The customization we have mentioned has come from the third party plugin Theme Customization Master.

Also, upon inspecting your site we found lots of console error due to the third party plugin.

As we have tested the theme locally we do not find such kind of issue as you can in the demo below.

So please try deactivating the third party plugin you have used and verify the issue .

For your info, we have not checked the compatibility of the third party plugin beside the one recommended by the theme itself so the error might occurred due to the incompatibility with the theme.

The theme does not have the widget area under the slider . However there are other widget area like sidebar and footer widget area where you can add the short code through the text widget .

To insert the short code you have to add text widget in one of these widget area .

Now you have to insert the below given code in your child themes functions.php file :

add_filter('widget_text','do_shortcode');

You can also create the child theme using the plugin below:

The theme is coded following the WordPress coding standard. Initially, the theme does not have such issue .

The issue might have caused to the caching plugin or other plugin and due to the code optimization .

So please try deactivation the plugins which might help in solving the issue to some extent.

To increase the no of slider go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider > Slider Type.

Here you will find the field No of slides . From here you can increase the increase number of sliders to display .
