• The Photo gallery :

The Travel eye theme by default does not provide the Carousal for the images in the gallery widgets.

You can however setup and use the galley popup by creating the WordPress default gallery in the gallery page and then use the jetpack carousal module with the theme for the desired galley layout. for reference on creating the default gallery see the link here : http://www.wpbeginner.com/beginners-guide/how-to-create-an-image-gallery-in-wordpress/

• Also i have changed the team widget and as there is just me i appear on the left of the screen, how can i center it?

Please provide us your Website URL to the page where you have used the team widget so that we could help you center the display of the widget with the help of some Custom CSS.

• Same question for the site origin features, there are 3 of them which appears on the left of the screen, how can i center them?

Please explain the sections you are referring to along with screenshot marking the sections that you want to center so that we could provide some precise CSS for the resolution of your request.

I am so unhappy with education hub pro. It does not offer flexibility to use my own slider.

The Featured slider in the education hub pro theme does offer its users flexibility to choose a wide range of slider options. it already has options to either choose and display the slider from featured category, featured images, featured pages as well as tags for the slider. You also have an option to choose desired no. of slides and choose transition effects along with other options.

If the included features does not provide your desired outcome, please explain further your desired results with the slider so that we can help you obtain the “flexibility” that you are willing to achieve.

The current slider that came in with the template is buggy and buttons do not work properly.

While we have tested the theme slider with the latest theme version, there is no bugs / issues in the slider. If you are still experiencing any issues with the slider or any part of the theme, you can create a thread in the respective forum explaining the issues with your site URL so that we could inspect the issue and provide a fix. for dedicated support on Education hub pro theme please use the forum here : http://themepalace.com/forum/education-hub-pro/

I asked if the university hub pro offers such feature but you are not helpful enough.

We are actually having trouble understanding this point correctly. We do provide a complete list of features listed in each individual theme page that explains the features that we provide through the specific theme. The features bundled in the theme are actually provided with analysis of current trends and the requirements of the theme design.

While we have tried to replicate the issue with the latest WordPress and Education Hub Pro theme version ( V.2.4 ) we could not recreate the issue on our side.

While the issue was reported as a bug in the dev. phase of the latest WordPress version, as we can see in the link here, https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/39128 The debug has been suggested to disable the caching plugins.

For the resolution of the issue, please try and check disabling your Caching plugin ( If you have installed any ) in the site. You can also further debug by disabling other third party plugins one by one to find the cause of the error.

Please write back to us if the steps above does not resolve the issue.

To make the slider appear in the slider section you must upload the featured image in the particular page you have chosen for the slider.

Also as it only has the feature of selecting page , featured image must be uploaded to make the slider work.

The issue regarding the slider has been fixed in the latest version i.e version 2.2.0 of the theme .

So we would like to request you to update to the latest version of the theme as it has been released and available for updates.

Your main menu should be checked to “Primary Menu” in Menu Location of the dashboard and make sure “Automatically add new top-level pages to this menu” remain uncheck.
