When I go to “customize” I see the following error on the right screen and nothing I change takes effect:

    Non-existent changeset UUID.

    Any ideas?

    Hello @brenkworth,

While we have tried to replicate the issue with the latest WordPress and Education Hub Pro theme version ( V.2.4 ) we could not recreate the issue on our side.

While the issue was reported as a bug in the dev. phase of the latest WordPress version, as we can see in the link here, https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/39128 The debug has been suggested to disable the caching plugins.

For the resolution of the issue, please try and check disabling your Caching plugin ( If you have installed any ) in the site. You can also further debug by disabling other third party plugins one by one to find the cause of the error.

Please write back to us if the steps above does not resolve the issue.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

Hi – as it turns out there was a problem with the last WordPress update. I had to reset the core files and then re-install the wordpress update and all seemed to work fine.

Thanks for always responding so quickly!
