The feature to disable the header bars for individual sub pages is not available in the theme and as much as we would like to help you we are not able to as, the theme doesn’t support this customization and this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and theme documentation.

Although it is possible for you to achieve your request on the theme with advanced code customization of the theme, it might effect other parts of the theme, like its design and at times its functionality.

It would be wise not to customize the code yourself if you do not have knowledge on programming,

Upon switching theme, you do not need to create a new “Home” page for your website to display the static front page in the website.

If you have created duplicate home pages you should be able to remove / delete it from the Admin Dashboard > pages. If the pages are no seen on the All pages menu it is possible that you have a custom link in the menu “Home” that is linked to the site URL. If that’s the case, the menu item can be removed from Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Menus.

You can then use the page as your static front page from Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page > Front Page Displays > A Static Page and choose your page there.

The black horizontal bar that you are referring to is actually the header image that can be set from the Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Header. If image is set in the customizer option the image is shown in its place as the header image.

However, if you wish not no use any header image and remove the block completely ( Including the page title on it ) you can use the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :

#custom-header {
    display: none;
}

Alternatively, if you wish to decrease the height of the header bar to just show the title you can choose to use the following custom CSS :

#custom-header {
    padding: 0px;
}

Bizlight Pro theme already has the testimonial section inbuilt in the theme that lets you add the testimonial section in the front page with the “photo of the person”. ( Check the theme demo link here : http://demo.evisionthemes.com/bizlight-pro/)

Please make sure the posts you have selected in the testimonial has the featured images in them and you have configured the section correctly.
