    @victoria,

    Normally the provided API key works well on majority of servers. If this is the first time installation then in this case, you need to contact your hosting support providers. Some servers blocks API with GET request while trying to authenticate and validate the user API Key.

    If you have used key before on any installation or either on demo server then same key won’t work for other multiple domain since it is valid for single domain only. Try deactivating before you use it in actual domain.

    Hope these tips would help you to figure out your case for license activation.

    Hello @schadenfreude,

    The access of the folders in your server depends to the file access rights and base folder set to the FTP account you are using. With correct folder access privilege you should be able to access the wp-contents folder in your hosting server.

    Also, if you are having trouble creating the child theme manually, you can also try using the Child theme generator plugin to automate the task.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

    Hello,

    The demo of the theme uses the three column layout available in the theme.

    The Three column layout in the theme lets users add widgets to the left and right sidebar and in the front page middle section that is centered.

    To activate the three column layout, please go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizing > Theme Options > Layout Options and choose “Three columns” layout in the layout order( eg. p-c-s ) of your choice.

    Add your desired widgets in the sidebars and the front page widget areas and the centered layout will be displayed in the front page as in the demo of the theme.

    Hope this Helps,

    Best Regards !!

    Hello @vtracer20,

    Please find below the resolutions for each of your issues listed down below :

    • how to remove the slight dark color that goes over each slider image :
    • Please paste in the following Custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove the dark overlay in the slider :

      .thumb-overlay {
          background: transparent;

      }
    • is their a way to remove the check button circles :
    • Please add in the following Custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove the button icons in the about section :

      .about-list span.icon-section {
          display: none;
      }
    • how to make the image on the right smaller :
    • Regarding the image, the image should take space automatically, depending the size of image you have uploaded. However if that does not happen, you can still control the image size with the CSS below :

      div#product-thumb img {
          width: 80%;
      }

      Hope this helps,

    Hello @onesimpleman,

    Upon inspecting your website it is seen that the custom menu you have created for the social links only contains ( # ) links, and have used the URL in the link text.

    The social links icons are rendered with the links used in the custom links menu. Please enter the social URL in the URL field of the custom menu to show the icons and redirect to the social links.

    Hello @schadenfreude,

    The menu option mentioned above does lets you display your categories in the dropdown layout to access it directly from the header menu location.

    Also, the menu shows on the hierarchical order for the sub categories under the categories.

    If this does not address your requirements, please explain the requirements further so that we could help you further.

    Best Regards !!
