KeymasterHello @danjohnsonjr,
The issue regarding the error loading the bbPress forum templates in the theme has been marked as a known issue and will surely be fixed in the upcoming update of the Education Hub Pro theme.
As a quick fix for the issue you can load the bbPress template for the theme individually via child theme approach.
To know more about child themes see the link here : https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
You can also choose to use the child theme creation plugin to automate the task.
After you have created and activated the child theme please create a new file and name it “bbpress.php” in your Child Theme Directory and paste in the following code block in the file :
This will create the template for the bbpress pages in the theme. You can also see the link here for more info on bbPress theme : https://codex.bbpress.org/themes/theme-compatibility/getting-started-in-modifying-the-main-bbpress-template/
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @yavigg,
Please find below the replies regarding your queries listed down below :
1) Slider Image size : The Recommended image size by the theme is 1350px X 590px. But adding a image larger than the image size also does flexibly increase the height. Please let us know your desired size of the site so that we could help you accordingly.
2) Color changing codes : The option to change colors of each sections in the theme is available with the pro version of the theme. To know more about this and all the other amazing features of the pro version of the theme please see the link here : http://themepalace.com/downloads/mediclean-pro/
3. Child theme usage. You can use the child theme approach for making the modification for the theme. So, after successful creation and activation of the child theme you should be able to make your modifications. Please let us know the changes you tried so that we could debug it.
4. Index.php. Please provide us your website URL so that we could look into the issue and provide a fix.
5. Slider description. Yes, the slider does pull the excerpt of the page as a description / caption. However, we are having trouble understanding the layout being “gibberish”. Please explain to us further your requirements so that we could help you further.
6. Hide Home >> Page on every page. The section you are referring to is the breadcrumb section and can be removed from your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizer > Theme Options > Breadcrumb Options > Breadcrumb Type > Disabled.

KeymasterHello @HEP
The section your are talking about does not contain any post so there exist a blank section. Also the color it contain is the background color of that section.
So to change the background color go to Admin Panel > Customize > Color Options > News Events Color Options > Background Color.
Also if you want to remove the entire section you can go to Admin Panel > Customize > Theme Options > Home Page Options and disable the section by unchecking Enable News Section and Enable Events Section
Hope this will solve your issue.

KeymasterHello @wslee,
While we have tested the website in the mobile device the link list disappears while touching on the areas other than the quick links menu in responsive view.
Please verify the issue and if the issue occurs let us know the device / orientation that you are using to test the menu section.
Also, it would be great if we could check your Site URL to check for the issue.

KeymasterHello,
You can use the Text Widget in the sidebar widget area to render and display static HTML links to external sources.
To add Text widget in the sidebar, please go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets. and drag the Text widget to the sidebar widget area. Add your desired HTML code with links and it will be displayed in the sidebar area in the front end.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello,
You can use some custom CSS to control the layout of the sidebar in your website.
For change of background color as per your request, Add the Custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS :
#secondary, body.evision-right-sidebar #secondary { background-color: #DDD8C4; padding: 10px; }You can change the color hex ( ‘#DDD8C4’ ) to the hex code of your desired color. for reference on color hex code, see the link here : http://www.w3schools.com/colors/colors_picker.asp
regarding your second thread query, although we are not clear enough on your requirement, as the sidebar is a widget area itself you can use any widget to display contents in the sidebar. For more precise resolution, please explain your requirement further.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello,
We have inspected your website and also the screenshots, Please find the points below for resolution / instructions on each of your issues :
i) The green background color : Upon inspection of website, it is seen that the color in the home content area is indeed coming from the content color options in the Customizer settings.
Please go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Color Options > Content Color Options > Background Color and try changing the color to white ( #ffffff ) or the “default”.
As the Education Hub Pro theme gives an option to have distinct color for content background and global background, the sections are having the background colors separately.
ii) The streching of the Header Image : We have checked for the issue in the live site through multiple Responsive Views and all the views shows up the full stretched banner in the header.
Although it might appear spaced in the customizer preview, the banner is working as intended throughout responsive screens.
Feel free to post back if you have any further queries.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards

KeymasterHello @wslee,
We have checked the quick links drop-down menu on our side and the menu is opening fine on tapping the arrow icon. Also please note that the list does disappear on touching on anywhere on the screen other than the links menu.
Please see if it works accordingly for you and write back to us if you still have issues.
Regarding the space between the header and the menu in mobile version, given that the search, title, tagline and logo is disabled, you can decrease the space by pasting in the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS field :
@media(max-width: 769px) { .site-header { min-height: 0px; } } #page #masthead { padding-bottom: 0px; } }Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @nimuravka,
The Contents displayed in the archive pages are being rendered and displayed by the “Live Composer Page Builder” plugin.
It looks like the plugin is loading custom archive layout disrupting the default theme layout.
Please try disabling the plugin and see if it resolves the issue.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello,
You can change the layout of the archive page from the theme customizer to suit your needs. Go to your Admin Dashboard > Customizer > Theme Options > Layout Options > Archive Layout and choose your layout to be “Thumbnail and Excerpt”. You can also control your image size from the same option.
Regarding the part containing the search, the part is actually the sidebar that contains widget. You display the widgets in the sidebar from your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Sidebar .
Add your desired widgets to display the widgets in the pages.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!
