The feature you are looking for is not currently available in the theme.

KeymasterHello,
We could provide you a custom CSS to change the font option but it would be quite specific, so you can use easy to use and simple plugin like https://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-google-fonts/ to change your fonts.
That way you can change the fonts on other parts of the theme as well, also it is easy to use and has customizing option.
Hope it helps.

KeymasterWell, from other users they later changed their hosting and no such problem reoccurred in their site again. So we just could suppose it is something related how the server at Godaddy handles.
Programmatically we have also verified the code and there is nothing to make any markable upgrade.

KeymasterHello,
To add a shadow around the main content area and the sidebars of your website please paste in the following custom CSS code to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS field :
/* Shadow For Primary Sidebar */ #sidebar-primary .area-wrapper { box-shadow: 0 0 48px #000; } /* Shadow For Secondary Sidebar */ #sidebar-secondary .area-wrapper { box-shadow: 0 0 48px #000; } /* For Main Content Area */ main#main { box-shadow: 0 0 48px #000; }You can customize the CSS code to increase / decrease the amount of shadow (px) and also change the shadow color to the hex color code of your desired color.
Hope this Helps,

KeymasterHello @tarrytownnurseryschool,
The space in the header can be dependent upon the current logo size you are using for your website as well as the search form visibility settings.
Please provide us your site URL so that we can inspect the site for the issue and provide a possible fix.

KeymasterAre you on Godaddy by any chance? Some other people have similar experience and it seems like it might be related to the use of PHP’s APC for caching.
Try flushing the cache. Also you can check with Godaddy about this issue if you are on this hosting.
If you are on different hosting, kindly send us your login details to our support mail ( support[at]wensolutions.com ) for further inspection.

KeymasterHello,
The theme does migrate all the data from the free theme, but the thing is by default when you activate the pro theme the first time the theme shows the demo content.
We will provide you the example of the slider on the theme.
On the free version of the theme if you have configured the slider to show some slides, all your data will be migrated to the pro version but it wont show until you configure it on the theme.
So all you have to do is go to
Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Featured Slider -> Slider Type and set the Select Slider Type option as Featured Pages. You will see the data being migrated.
You can follow similar measures on other settings as well.
Hope it helps.

KeymasterHello @DLCMS,
It looks like the pro theme is already installed in your website.
Please make sure that in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Themes your active theme is “Trade Line Pro”.
Also, please share with us your website URL so that we can inspect your website for issue resolution and further debugging.

KeymasterHello @DLCMS,
To upgrade your theme from free to pro version you simply need to upload the pro theme zip file from Appearance panel > Themes > Add New > Upload Theme button. Or if you are using FTP client you can extract the pro theme zip to : /wp-content/themes/ directory.
If you already have completed one of the steps above, please make sure that you have activated the pro theme from Dashboard > Appearance > Themes.
Please post back to us if the issue still persists.
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @jredmond,
If you are having trouble using child theme creator plugins in your website, you can also try creating a child theme for your theme manually.
To learn more about manual child theme creation please see the link here : https://codex.wordpress.org/Child_Themes
Also, Please note that upon creation of child theme and activation, the customization made in the parent theme are not applied to the child theme by default.
Hope this helps you to resolve the issue.
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello,
Since your request is leading a different way, we would like to give you a different approach to your issue.
First of all, remove the CSS we previously gave you.
Now go to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Layout Options and set the Global Layout option to No Sidebar.
It will disable your sidebar on all pages including the home page, but not to worry now we are going to enable the sidebars on the home page.
Finally, Go to Dashboard -> Pages and open your static front page in edit mode.
On the bottom you will be able to see Theme Settings where you can see the Choose Layout option.
Change the option to Three Columns ( Primary – Content – Secondary )Hope this helps.
