Regarding your query, first of all please add price to the product by going to Admin Panel > Products > Add new product as shown in the screenshot below: https://prnt.sc/vl8egg
You can then go in Dashboard and go to Woo commerce > Setting > Advance there you will find pages setting which include cart page and other pages too. Then assign a page for cart page. This will redirect to cart page as shown in the screenshot below: https://prnt.sc/vl8ga5
Then after you add price to the product, you can see “add to cart” option as the screenshot below : https://prnt.sc/vl8hbk. After you click add to cart, you can get “view cart” option where you can get all your list of product in cart page.

Regarding your query, in the testimonial section you can add background image, add posts up to 10 in maximum number in the premium version of the theme.
Also, to show my latest face book posts in blog section is the feature that is not available in the theme.
However, in order to get other features not available in theme, you can consider hiring a freelancer or professional developer.

Regarding your query, please add the setup following the instruction link given below.
Also, you can set the homepage as static page and choose the Home page in first drop down and Blog page in the another drop down as shown in the screenshot given below. You have to create blog page and homepage to assign in the static page.

Regarding you query, the top section is managed by the plugin so please refer to the instruction for managing top section.
However, the footer section can be managed by the footer widget.
Follow the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Footer widget and edit the title of the widget as per your requirement.
