KeymasterHello, currently theme hasn’t been tested for beta release. Please use the latest stable version Mac OS X 10.11 . Since it is a beta version we will be working on the slider after the stable version is released if the issue still persists.
Hope you understand.

KeymasterHello @bernardebuehi,
The text contents in the site comes from different sections / post and pages. Please elaborate your issue mentioning the page section that you would like to change text color of so that we can provide you custom CSS specific to your needs.
Also, it is very bad practice to use the Dashboard CSS editor section to make your CSS modifications as all your modifications will be lost with the theme update. Please use the theme’s Custom CSS field in your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS to make your CSS modifications.
You can also choose to upgrade to pro version of the theme which already contains color options for all site elements that resolves your issue. You can check details for the pro version here :http://themepalace.com/downloads/education-hub-pro/
Best Regards !!

To remove the search from your header you can simply paste in the following custom CSS in your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Custom CSS Field :
.right-bar form { display: none; }Please note that putting this CSS will remove the search from the website both in mobile devices and desktop view.
Hope this helps you,

KeymasterHello @unigofc,
Thank you very much for your Appreciation. Regarding your issue, to remove the custom header section from your pages, please paste in the following custom CSS in your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > Custom CSS field :
.page #custom-header { display: none; }Regarding your issue with translating the search placeholder, unfortunately qtranslate plugin has not been tested for compatibility with this theme.
However, the search placeholder text in the theme is translation ready, so you should have no problem translating it to your desired language.
Hope this helps you,
Best Regards !!
