@errol, since theme originally comes with single option for contact number and email address input therefore more than one is not supported from the given theme options.
As an alternative, you need to customize the theme itself to fulfill this requirement through Child Theme approach.

The variance in excerpt length for Thai vs English language could be because of Unicode difference. Therefore, you need to change the word count length directly from code in a file.
Follow these steps :
Note : Backup the file before you make the changes above. Editing code directly on parent theme is not recommended.
1. Create a Child Theme. Or, you can simply download WP Child Theme Generator plugin to create a child theme easily.
2. Open the file from /inc/hooks/slider.php.
3. Copy the entire line of code from line no. 27 to line no. 256 and paste it on your child theme’s functions.php .
4. Search the code below
$slides[ $cnt ]['excerpt'] = education_hub_the_excerpt( apply_filters( 'education_hub_filter_slider_caption_length', 30 ), $post );
and adjust the numeric value from default30to60or above upon your choice.5. Finally Save and see the changes in the caption .

@donnabia, whole background color can be changed from Customize -> Color Options -> Basic Color Options => Background Color option.
Similarly for post content color from Customize -> Color Options -> Content Color Options -> Background Color Title => Color / Text Color .

@donnabia, you can change the purple background color from Customize -> Color Options -> Primary Menu Color Options -> Primary Background Color option .

@fishipictures, slider is currently found disabled in your site homepage when we checked from given link.
But still, please try to double verify your issue regarding variable image height with the slider in our demo site which also has 1360x530px and is working fine.

Since this is all working fine on our local machines we are unable to replicate your issue.
So the he first thing you should do is disable all your plugins, clear your cache and re-load your site to check if everything is working how it should be.
If it is, then now you can activate your plugins back 1 by 1 and as soon as it breaks you’ll know that last plugin was the one causing issues (make note of this plugin, deactivate then keep doing the same).
Once you know the plugins causing the issues you can either search for another plugin that does the same functionality but is compatible

As far as we have checked locally and tested with excerpt field it is working fine.
The slider content word is as much as you put text on the excerpt field.
Please try adding some more text in excerpt field.Hope this will help you.

Currently this is marked as a known issue in the theme. Thanks for letting us know.
Our developer are working on this issue and will be fixed in next update.

Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t support this customization of having one sidebar on Home Page and other sidebar on other pages, and as much as we would love to help with some custom code, this is beyond the support offered for our products, which consists of bug fixing and theme documentation.
However the customization you are in need is easily available in pro version of this theme.

Note:- The documentation relates to the pro version of the theme, so if some of the widgets are be missing on the free version, if so you can simply ignore the missing widget and continue or if you really like it you could always upgrade to the pro version of the theme.

The issue you are facing is not related to theme, rather it is related to SEO and webmaster tools.
If you have used any any third party webmaster tool you can also query them about the issue and also this issue is a third party plugin related problem and the theme does support any third party plugin other than recommended one’s , we suggest you to seek help from the respected plugin’s forum.
We are sure that they will be able to provide you with the answer to your issue.

Yes it is possible to set different layout on different pages.
But for that first you will have to set a global layout form Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Layout Options and select a side bar layout. This layout will be the layout for all the pages including you home page.
Now, since you want you homepage to have a distinct layout. Go to Dashboard -> Pages -> All pages and select your homepage.
Finally, set the distinct layout for your homepage from Theme Settings on the bottom
Note:- All the instruction has been given, assuming that your front page is a static front page.
