Themes have this feature to add a header image that appears on the other pages but not on the homepage. And this theme has a feature to setup header on the home page and other pages with a different theme.
If you want to get the same header image, you can use the same image.
Regards.
wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
To get the single page of fact, you can add fact page in the menu so that when you click fact from the menu, it will take you to its single page. Make sure you add content on the fact page.
You can follow the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus and add menu in header section and add fact page in header menu.
You can also refer to the link given below with the instruction on menu setup.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello,
We are actually quite not clear about the issues. Which section are you referring to? For your information, the slider section will adjust itself according to the image height. Also, the same size of the image as in the slider will not appear in other sections.
Regarding your query about the “related” section, you can hide the related section adding CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS,
.single .site-content #jp-relatedposts{ display: none!important; }
Hope this helps.
If you have further queries, let us know.

For now, this feature is not available in the theme as it requires code customization.
So you can consider hiring a freelancer or a professional developer.
