Hello,
Yes, we have cleared the cache, uninstalled, and re-installed the theme. Always the same errors.We have created a separate test site and the errors occur as soon as the travel ultimate pro template is activated, with no customization and no plugins.

On 25th August we updated the Ultimate Travel Pro theme. After that Travel Ultimate child theme doesn’t work well.

Actually, regarding the demo file of Travel Ultimate Pro Theme, you can download the ‘One Click Demo Import’ plugin for the demo setup. The plugin is recommended by the theme itself.
The demo file is ready to download. It can be imported using the one-click demo import plugin.
Import demo data following the path Appearance > Import Demo Data. Here is the screenshot that can help you guide to one-click demo import.
After the demo file is imported, you can edit the content manually as per your requirement.

Greetings,
I have the Travel Ultimate theme and the trips that I have in my homepage slider has the term “Undefined” on top of the image. I am confused as to why the term “Undefined” is there and how do I remove it, or at least get it to say the name of the trip being showcased. (see screenshot).

Regarding your query, the issue you have mentioned regarding filter translate which is managed by the theme so you have to translate the strings from theme following the path Admin Panel > LOCO Translate > Themes > Travel Ultimate Pro and translate the filter strings.
Also, regarding your issue of translation in trip booking, which is the known issue. We have reported the issue and we will be working on that and release the update fixing the issues.

Query 1:On the home page, there is a slider with “travel locations”. Please see the screenshot: http://blog.styletravelbg.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/05/slider-spacings.jpg. There is too much space(I guess padding) on the left side of the slider, whereas on the right there is no space at all. Can those spacings be made equal?
Response: Regarding your query, in our device, it is working fine and displaying as shown in the screenshot below. So, please provide us with your device size and in which device you are using your site.

Response: Actually, regarding that menu, the menus are adjusting as per the size of the device. It is the design managed by the theme. You will view the menus differently on another sized device.

Hello,
I have a few issues with the Travel Ultimate Pro theme:
– How do you set different dates and prices for trips? I am setting them on the admin page, but on the front end only the most recent date is shown. Why is that, is there any bug?
– How can I make “related trips” to show offers from “activities”. It is showing them from trip types at the moment.
Can you please help. And is there any documentation that explains how to set such things up?

Site: bigtours.by1. The tour filter does not work in full. Tours are not sorted by ascending / descending value (screen in the application). Sorting by tour dates does not work (tours are not displayed in the selected range) and sorting by tour cost range (the slider does not move). (https://bigtours.by/trip-type/avtobusnyye-tury/). 2. Check if there is a function by which you can assign different currencies for individual tours. For example, one tour in euros and another tour in USD?
3. In the mobile version: error in displaying the form: “Trip Inquiry”. I’m testing on IphoneSE. The form opens in full screen and does not move up / down to get to the “Submit” button.
4. The module on the main page “Packages”. Actual cost and tour dates are not displayed. (https://prnt.sc/s6nn9s)
