Hello all,
I’ve tried contact form 7, wpformslite, ninja forms, simple contact form… not a single one of them end up sending any email. I’ve talked to my host and they say the problem is on the plug in’s end- when I look up the plug-in help they say it’s the theme. Any way to get this stuff working? I don’t want to list my email address just in case it gets picked up by bots.

Please once check the form using the default theme like twenty seventeen etc.
If the issues still persist in these themes then the issues is not caused due to the Photoperfect theme.
Please let us know after checking it in the default theme.
