Hello there,
I’ve previously purchased a theme calle ( education Hub Pro ) a activation key was given to me on my Thepalace account.I went on my wordpress site do activate the theme ( APPARENCE >> THEME LICENCE >> ACTIVATE )
but it’s still showing me that my theme is inactive….Really need help fixing this issue please.

Sorry to know that you are having trouble with activation key.
Please read the documentation on activating the license key after your theme is activated in Themes dashboard.

I’ve managed to resolve the issue, the problem was simple.
The URL wasn’t correct, there was a letter missing. 🙂

Thank you.@bendfrozien, make sure you have activated the Pro version of Education Hub, i.e. Education Hub Pro.
It should then give you an option of Theme License in Appearance menu section.
