@WenSolutions, I have checked all the things you mentioned above. but all settings are working fine. If i change my theme, everything is fine with any other theme. All the problem is in Graduate theme.

I have tried deactivating all my plugins but problem is still there. only home page opens up and whenever i try to open any other category, which have many articles in them, it seems that there is nothing in any of those categories.
