Its none of what you have suggested, have had the issue before and you had to reset the code, I think its because we use a child theme?

Why does it also tell you in the header section to use image sizes of 1920 x 500px see http://prntscr.com/nysod8
The default banner used in the Theme is 1920 × 475px, which if I upload that size we get http://prntscr.com/nyssak so which size is right?
If you had a category for Travel Gem Pro I could log it under that one, but as you don’t on the “Support” forum I cannot and had to log in under another theme
So for clarification is for the Travel Gem Pro theme.
We know how to add a header image, as pointed out in teh post, the issue is, we have added new header images in teh sizes suggested but the justify to teh left and are not central leaving a grey backing on teh right.
If I could add a screen shot on this stupid “support” forum I would be able to show you
We hav worked out that this file wp-content/themes/travel-gem-pro/style.css?ver=5.2.1 seems to be missing from teh pages that render incorrectly
I can give you teh site URL but it will b eno good as its on a holding page, you would need a log in to access which for obvious reason I am not going to leave eon an open forum
OK, this is getting rubbish now, I have checked on Google developer tools and there are no css issues showing, but the home, destinations and all Trips pages display perfectly, all the others have a menu issue.
I have wasted another half a day an even longer on this, support is so slow for a paid product
