karhuParticipant
Sorry, now I got it, thanks!
karhuParticipantThanks, the image indeed appears with the caption, but as a full-width picture instead of being on the right of the page.
karhuParticipantHere is the exact page, the image is the portrait on the right.
karhuParticipantI am trying to add text beneath images on my website, however the added text does not appear on the website.
karhuParticipantThanks, what should I enter in the “host” part of the deployment form? Sorry, I am not familiar with the Duplicate program.
karhuParticipantHi, there is not such an option “Enable Slider Options”. There is “Enable Controls”, but unchecking that disables also the “ball” controls for changing the slide.
karhuParticipantThanks, but the arrows worked thus far and stopped working all of a sudden. This is relatively annoying, since the pages are supposed to go online today, and there cannot be dysfunctional arrows. So how to go around this problem? At the very least, the arrows should be disabled without disabling the other controls.
karhuParticipantActually, it seems that one has to upload the banner image for each page separately.
karhuParticipantSorry for the trouble, it seems that for some reason the “enable banner image” checkbox was not checked.
karhuParticipantThanks, but unfortunately this did not do anything. Does the image original have to be of particular size so that the system discards the image if it is too high? What are the allowed file formats? I am using a .gif image.
karhuParticipantThanks, but I have uploaded my image through the path you mention, and saved and published it.
karhuParticipantThanks, although the solution just puts a coloured block in the background, which does not look good. I also wonder why the issue of conflicting colours does not rise in Firefox.
karhuParticipantThere must be something wrong with my Safari I guess, which means that the problem is not with the theme. Firefox works fine with me. The screenshot is as follows:
karhuParticipantThanks for the information! Is there another way to adjust the height of the slider? When is the next update of the theme to be expected?
karhuParticipantThanks! I downloaded now Firefox and checked with that — a sharp picture. So the problem occurs on only with Safari on my MacBook. Any solutions?
