The image slider option is there only in the Signify Pro theme. In Free version, there is only option to use Page Slider.

You can log in to your site WordPress Dashboard and then go to “Appearance => Editor”. Then just hover below the social icon then you will see “+” icons when you can click to add more social icons block.
