Actually, the button of which you are willing to change the label is not a button it is the layout to display the category name of the post. So you can only change the label of button which lies below the posts as shown in screenshot below by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Front Page > Blog

Please add following given CSS code (in Additional CSS section) to remove product categories titles under product pictures by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Actually, when we inspected in our side everything is working fine as you can see in screen record below. So, once edit the testimonial section as shown in screen record by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Front Page > Testimonal

As for now, the feature you have requested regarding displaying multiple departure dates in header and in event calendar section has been noted as requested feature. Our developer team will work on it and we will release the update as soon as possible.

Actually, when we inspected the site URL you have provided, we found that the background image is appearing in your site as you can see in screenshot below but it has been hidden due to presence of different sections like ‘All photo albums in the overview’ section, ‘Latest touring and travel reports’ section etc.
So, please once verify the issue by disabling those section.
Also, as for now the feature you have requested regarding restricting background image to the bottom of main content is not available.
