Regarding your query, actually, to change the background color of the menu, you can add below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

You can change the color code as per your requirement.

Further, you can enable/ disable the sticky menu from the instruction link given below.

1. First Install One Click Demo Import Plugin and active this plugin.
2. Download the demo content file form documentation page.
3. Then go to Dashboard-> Appearance -> Import Demo Data
4. Then click Import demo data button manually.

Regarding your query, as everything is fine with the latest version of the theme once please verify that the license you have brought has the reached to the expiration date or not

All of our premium themes comes with the initial 1 year of Subscription i.e. you can download the updates till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates.

Regarding your query, the issue might have raised due to the expiration of the license of the theme.
So, please make sure that the license has not been expired.

Regarding your query, you can add the image of size 1280*1024 in the featured image of the post/page which you want to show in the slider section.

Further, you can add below given CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS to remove the next slider shadow in the main slider.
