Construction Base Pro is a translation ready theme and can be translated into any language you want.
As for the multilingual site you can use the plugin like WPML.

The menu item gets into the second line is because you have added many no menu item in the menu section. But right now it seems to be fine.
As for the gap please add below given CSS by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS.

The features that you are facing problems with is actually the feature that is offered by the theme itself.

To remove the “archive” in the trip archive page you have to go through the child theme.
To know how to create and activate the child theme please refer to below given link:

After activating the child theme, please add below given code in your child theme’s functions.php file.

Regarding your query, when we tested the issue in our side, everything is working perfectly fine.

You are facing the problem maybe because of the new editor of the WordPress. While going to the next paragraph, please hit the enter button so that the contents will be seen on next paragraph.
