Now to add the envelope icon in the social menu you have to use below given CSS.
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

The icon for the telegram is not displaying because the icon is not bundled with the theme so to resolve the issue use below given CSS.
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

To set up your site as in the demo we do not have the demo file bundled within the theme but as you have mentioned we do have the official documentation that you can follow to set up your site as in the demo which you already did.

To make the logo size bigger you can use below given CSS.
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.
.custom-logo-link { max-width: 100%; }Here you can adjust the width as per your requirement.

First of all thank you very much for buying the pro version.
To make the social icon display in the header follow below given steps.
Step 1: At first please create the social menu including your desired custom links by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Menus.

Step 2: Go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Menu > menu Location and assign that social menu to Menu location “Top Header“.
Step 3. finally go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Options and check the option “Show Social Icons” and save the setting.

When we tried to inspect your site URL we were not able to access your site URL.
However to remove the black overlay over the slider image please use given CSS.
For this go to Admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste the CSS.

Firstly, thank you very much for buying the pro version.
Now your queries have been answered below:
Query #1,
You can change the placement of the Homepage section through the use of child theme. Please let us know where do you exactly want to place the slider so that we can provide the precise fix with some custom code which you need to add to your child theme.
Query#2,
The icons that are displayed inside the blue circle are the font awesome icons and the theme has already provided the option where you can change the icon as per requirement.
For this just go to Admin Panel > App[earance > Customize > Widget > Front Page widget Area and place the widget BF: Services . Here you can find the filed to enter the fontawesome class of the icon.

The white border is not seen on the front page because the border is in black color. Now to overwrite the color of the border and make it visible in frontend use below given CSS in Additional CSS.
