To change the color of the content of the testimonial section use below given CSS.

Go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.

.so-widget-restaurantz-testimonial-slider .testimonial-message p {
    font-size: 18px;
    color: #fff;
}

You can set the layout of the individual page from the meta-option available in individual page edit screen.

You just need to go to the individual page, there you will find the layout option at the bottom of the page. From here you can set to No sidebar or chose any other option as per your requirement.

It is about the choice and also this how the theme is designed.

If the width of the News tickers is decreased then width for the Menu will be more and if the width of the menu is less then width for the news will be less. So you have to manage your heading according to your requirement.

But let us remind you that you should not make any sorts of modification directly in your theme because all of your modification will be lost once you update your theme to the latest release. You should always go through child theme approach for any modification in the theme.

Here you can adjust the width as per your requirement.

The provided CSS will remove the white border of meta field in the post in the search page.
