The short code wont be displayed in the News section of the home page .
Also it the third party plugin which not recommended by the theme so we cannot do anything much about it.

At first please try regenerating your thumbnails with the help of plugin like :
https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/
and see if it resolves the issue.
If the above approach does not resolve the issue, please share with us your website URL and the screen shot of the section that you are having issue with .
Also it is recommended to use image of uniform size .

As far as we have checked the theme locally we are unable to find such issue .
To make the image appear in the header you can simply use img tag . Using the iage tag you ccan place the image in the header .

Actually it is not the theme related issue .
Also you have already install Yoast SEO plugin . This plugin has the setting to control the image to show explicitly in each page . So please once check the settings and verify your issue .
As it is not the theme related issue there is nothing much we could do .

The update of the theme has already been published . If your theme license has not been expired then you will automatically receive automatic theme updates. So you can simply click in update button and update your theme to the latest version .
You can also update the theme manually by downloading the theme and replacing the current folder using FTP .
Also we have fixed the issue in the update .

When we inspect your URL we found that the page is not the shop page . The images are placed forming the gallery . As it is not the shop page it does not have feature of Add to Cart section .
Your actual shop page is the link given below .

Since it is the shop page it has by default Add to Cart section . So pages other than shop page does not have feature to show Add to Cart section . To make the Add to Cart option appear you have to add the product through Woo-commerce > Product which will display in shop page.

However we do have theme official documentation which will guide you to set up your site like in the demo .

Actually we have removed the Home Page option under Theme Option in out latest update of the theme .
So the latest version of the theme does not have the option to enable/disable the Home Page Option .
But we would like to apologize for the confusion and we will update the documentation to clear the confusion.

You can disable the header image in the home page by going to Home Page edit screen .
First of all go to Admin Panel > Pages > Home page >Theme Setting > Image > Image setting and uncheck the option Check to Disable Banner Image Area.

Now to add the portfolio, testimonials and food menu on dashboard you have to activate the jetpack plugin which is recommended by theme itself .
