Hello @mhufford,
If you are not sure about the plugin that is causing such issue then please try disabling them one by one and check you site if the issue is fixed. If the issue is fixed you will know the exact plugin that have created the issue.
The image in the featured carousel section are already hyperlinked as it is the theme feature it self . If you click on the image of featured carousel it will redirect you to the same page .
Also we are not very clear with you last issue so please provide the screen shot of the issue with proper explanation further .

If you wish to place the image without links in the front page then we do have widget area where you can place the image using Image widget .
But if you still wish to show the image with links then you can always try using the third party plugins . As there are many plugins available we would like to suggest one which is mentioned below:

Note: We cannot assure 100% compatibility of the plugin with the theme as we have not done any compatibility testing with the theme .

To show the SSL certificate seal you can use footer widget area . The theme has four widget area . For this you have to deactivate the the three other widget area i.e keep empty and place the block of code in one footer widget area using text widget . If you prefer to do so and get some design issue , please let us know so that we could help you with some custom CSS.
But if you want to show in Footer copyright section then we are unable to help you as it requires higher code customization .
Our suggestion to you is to hire a professional developer for your customization, so that your theme will no be effected in any way.

When inspected your site URL we found that you have not uploaded the logo . So if you are having issue of saving the setting after uploading the logo please try disabling the third party plugin and verify the issue . You may having such issue due to use of the plugin which may not be compatible with the theme .
Also make sure you have followed above steps as well .

As far as we have checked the theme locally it is working absolutely fine .

So in order to make the featured carousel work please make sure you have Chosen option Static Front Page and Shop page by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Carousel > Carousel Type > Enable Carousel On. Then select the Featured Category Option from Select Carousel Type . Finally select your desired category to display in that section.
Also make sure you have uploaded the image in Featured Image section of particular post that of the category you have chosen.

To change the color of the background of date and month in event section use below given CSS.
For this go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below given CSS.
.home-section-news-and-events .custom-entry-date span.entry-month { background: #ff6000 none repeat scroll 0 0; } .home-section-news-and-events .custom-entry-date span.entry-day { background: #a46497; text-shadow: none !important; }You can change the color code according to your requirement .
Note: The above given CSS does not change the color of the shadow instead it removes the shadow from the box .
But if you also want the text shadow, please replace the code with the one from the link below :

Note : You will need to change all the color hex code for the text shadow CSS property in the code.

As far as we have checked the theme latest version locally we are unable to find such issue .
If you just want to show logo than upload the logo from Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Site Identity Section . Then go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Options and uncheck the option to show site title and tag line .

The feature to show custom header in front page is only available in the pro version . In the pro version you can add the static header with slider . To know more about this refer to below link.

As mentioned earlier the color of separator can be changed from Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Color Options > Home Widget Color Options > Separator Color.
The CSS we have provided will change the color of the name that appears at the button in the testimonial slider . Also when we inspected your site URL you have not included the CSS code we provided.

It seems that you have directly modified your parent theme.It is always recommended that you should not make any modification directly in your parent theme because your original modification will be lost .
As you have posted your issue in nature bliss pro forum we provide the code for pro version . SO please post your issue under relevant theme so that we could provide precise fix to the issue .
Also as far as we have checked the theme locally the slider is working absolutely fine . To make the slider work you need to go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Featured Slider > Slider Type > Enable Slider On and chose option Static Front Page Only . Then you need to select the pages of your choice . Also make sure to upload the image in Featured image section of particular page as the image in the slider comes from there.

The option to change the color of the separator is within the theme. To change the color of the separator go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Color Options > Home Widget Color Options > Separator Color and change the color as per your wish.
Now to change the color of the name use below given CSS.
