When we have tested the issue locally on the latest version of the theme we do not find such issue .
So please once verify that whether you have made any changes in the theme or code . If you have done so please revert back to the original state or you can install the fresh copy of the latest version of the theme and work on it as the latest version does not have such type of issue.

After inspecting your site URL, We would suggest you to set Featured Image in all the posts as those displayed images are the featured images of those post.

While checking the site in the Internet Explorer 11 version:11.0.10240.17319, Updated Version: 11.0.40,
We did not find any issues as you have mentioned.It is also possible that the issue might have been caused in the specific browser due to caching.Please check the site by clearing the browser cache and see if the issue is resolved .
If it also does not resolve the issue, please let us know so that we could debug further.

To remove the sidebar in global layout, Please go to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options > Global Layout and set the Global layout as No sidebar.
Also the feature to set different layout in each pages is available in the pro version of Magazine Plus.

You can remove the slider pager dots by adding the following custom CSS in your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS :

Regarding your query with the caching plugin, as the theme itself has not bee tested with any of the caching plugins, we cannot specifically recommend plugins to use for the site.
Also, it is also possible that the settings in the caching plugin might have caused the issue in the site. Our suggestion would be that if you wish to use the caching plugin, and run into issues, you can take help from the plugin’s support to configure settings and avoid conflicts.

While we have inspected your website it is seen that the CSS code defined for overall site container is missing in your site.
As you are using the caching for the CSS in your site, it is highly likely that the caching has caused the CSS to be commented while rendering the site.
Please check the issue by disabling the caching / css minify plugin that you are using in the site and check if the issue is resolved.
You can also try adding the below missing CSS again manually via your Additional CSS field in customizer :

As we have inspected your website, it looks like you have disabled the “Featured Area” in the static front page.
Also, as we have tested the theme on our side the issue regarding the featured block was not found.
Please setup the featured section in the front page so that we could better visualize the issue and debug for some precise fix.

We are actually having trouble understanding your query correctly.
The width of the theme default slider image goes to the full width in the home / front page. Also, the height of the slider can be controlled by uploading the featured image of your desired height in the page selected for the slider section.
Please explain your desired slider layout further with your Website URL so that we could provide you with some precise fix.
