We have inspected your website and it is seen that your site has activated the Jetpack plugin’s “Mobile Theme” module.
The site is loading the mobile template from the Jetpack plugin that is changing the layout of the site on the mobile / responsive devices.
To resolve the issue, please go to your Admin Dashboard > Jetpack > Settings > Appearance and disable the “Mobile Theme” jetpack module.
The theme will render its responsive layout in mobile / responsive screens.

We would also like to inform you that we have also tested the latest theme version with WordPress latest version ( Version 4.7.2 ) and PHP Version 7.0.13 without any issues.

For this goto Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS and paste below CSS.
.slide-item cycle-slide { background-position: center center; }Also upload the image of recommended size.

We apologize for the incontinence, however while we have tested the theme with the latest WordPress version ( Version 4.7.2 ) with the PHP Version 5.4.13 in the server, we were unable to find the issue on our side.
For further debug, please try switching to default themes and check if the issue still occurs in your site.
If the issue is not resolved, please provide us the details on WordPress version & PHP version in the server you are using the theme, that would help us to test further and debug the issue further.
Also, please be assured that we do put our highest level of efforts for optimizations and error debug ( if any ) in the theme core files. so, any noted issues in the theme will be resolved with the theme update.

KeymasterServer record shows the license key previously being activated and running in other domain and was still active. License key is unique per domain therefore cannot be reused in multiple domain. You need to deactivate it before you use it in other installation.
We have reset the old domain therefore it would now work in your current domain after activation.
Please confirm it and let us know if you have anything else.

All the text strings used in the Photomania Pro theme are translation ready and can be translated to your desired language.
For the translation of the strings you will need to create (.mo) file by translating the strings in the theme from the included POT file using gettext editors ( like poedit ) in the theme directory > languages folder.

As we have mentioned earlier, it is possible that the icons you are trying to use might not be included in the font-awesome icon package within the theme with the current theme version.
While the theme will be updated with the latest font-awesome package to support the icons furter with the update, you can try loading the package via CDN as a temporary fix, with the help of Plugin ( https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-font-awesome/ ) if you need to use the icons specifically.
Also, please provide us your Website URL so that we could inspect your website further for any possible reasons causing the issue.
Note : While implementing the plugin fix, please note that we cannot be fully assured on its 100% compatibility with the theme as the third-party plugins are not tested with the theme.

As we have inspected the issue locally it is working fine and also inspected the issue in your site from the site URL you have provided, it is found that you have only assigned five menu item in the primary location and two sub menu under the menu item shop .
So please provide your login credential i.e. username and password in the official email of our support forum which is support@wensolutions.com so that we could verify your issue and provide the precise fix.

KeymasterSorry for the inconvenience. It could be because an icon you are trying to call is not define in the integrated fontawesome package version of the theme. We would like to recommend you to input similar alternative icon which will work in your case.
You might need to wait for until the next theme version is release and also the new fontawesome package update in its core.
