Regarding your query, to add the link in the image is not the feature managed by the theme for now but you add any widgets in the widget as shown in the screen record given below.

Also, to add the numbers of posts/items/products as per your requirement, please refer to the screenshot given below. The star denotes the featured https://prnt.sc/stmdc2, you can click on start to make it display.

Query 1. First of all, I want to add an external link to my Featured Section Right banners. I can only give image link how can I add an external link such as google.com

Query 2. There are 10 products on page (Featured products) but I can’t change it. I tried [featured_products per_page=”12” columns=”3”] but still 10 products when I tried to change it to 3 it shows again and again 10 products.

Further, regarding the query related to the image size, the gapping on both the side of the image is equal as you can see in the screenshot given below.
The feature is managed by the theme itself, if you extend the image the design will be destroyed and it will require hardcore customization to manage this.
So, you can consider hiring a freelancer or a professional developer.

Regarding your query, while we may need to exclusively test your setup for the compatibility issue and fix the issue, unfortunately, the free theme won’t cover this level of personal support. Only premium themes let us access to dedicated support.
Therefore, we suggest hiring a customizer or freelance for further assistance.
Also, you can buy the premium theme and if you’re not satisfied with a premium theme and support you can ask for a refund within 15 days you can report to the theme palace.
