Regarding your query, you can change the button text from the customization for the ‘Destination Section’ but not for the individual section.
Further regarding your another query, a double scroll bar might have appeared because if you have made any customization then that might have raised a double scroll bar to appear.
As everything is working fine on our side and there are not double scroll bars so once verify by removing the customization you have made by keeping a backup of the customizations.

If you are willing to show title as well as breadcrumb and want to remove big image then please add following given CSS code in additional CSS section by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS
div#page-site-header{ background-color: transparent; padding: 0px; background-image: none !important; } .overlay{ display: none; } #page-site-header .page-title { color: #21536e; } .trail-items li a{ color: #21536e; } .trail-items li{ color: #21536e; } .trail-items li:not(:last-child):after{ color: #21536e; }Please remove the CSS you have added earlier(mentioned above).
Also, you can replace color code (#21536e) with desired color code.

Regarding your query, if you are making changes in the theme then we recommend you to make changes after creating its child theme and make changes in the child theme’s function.php.
If you make changes in parent theme then after updates we will lose the changes you have made. So, you can refer to the documentation link given below to create child theme.

Regarding your query, everything is working fine on our side as you mentioned. Once verify any plugins are making conflict so you can deactivate the plugins one by one and inspect the which plugin has raised the issue in desktop.
Also, if you have made any customizations then please verify that those are not raising the issues.
