Further, regarding your query about theme purchase, the license key that comes with the theme is only valid for one domain. So if you want to use the theme for another site, you have to buy another license.

Actually, we don’t have a feature to make changes to the CTA section in the free theme but you can get other features in the CTA section in the pro version of the Construction Base Theme.
You can refer to the documentation link given below to be more clear on the features CTA widget have in Pro version of the theme.

To extend the width of the homepage carousel gallery, you can add CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS,
.flickity-viewport figure.coblocks-gallery--figure{ margin: 0px; }Above given CSS will extend your gallery only by small length as extending the width without any space on either side will affect the content below the gallery. So, to extend the width of the homepage carousel gallery, it requires code customization. And you can consider hiring a freelancer or professional developer.

To display text as red for links, you can add CSS following the path Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS,

Regarding your query related to mobile responsive, the issue might have raised due to the third-party plugin. Please once deactivate the plugins one by one so that you can inspect which plugin has caused the issue.
Our theme is mobile responsive so everything is working fine on our side.
