Can you please once verify the issue by performing the following activities?
1. Check whether you have updated your theme to the latest version or not?
2. Please once save the setting by going to Setting > Permalink Setting > Save Setting.
3. Make sure that you have assigned the articles to the categories you want to display.Also, make sure that you havenot made any code customization.

Actually, Tourable theme in free version doesn’t provide the feature of displaying the contact information in top bar section as you can see the demo of the theme. However, the feature you have requested regarding displaying contact information in top bar is available in pro version of Tourable theme.
Also, regarding changing color of logo, can you please mention if you are willing to change the color of text or logo? If you are willing to change the color of logo then it is not possible as the logo which is displaying is the image.

To resolve the issue you are facing, you need to remove the sticky header menu from the theme customizer. The options to choose the sticky can be possible by following the path Appearance > Customize > Theme Option > Header Option.

We inspected the site URL that you provided, the issue might have raised because of the third-party plugins you used. Everything is working fine on our side with the latest version of the theme. Once deactivate the plugins one by one and if the issue still appears then please send the specific screenshot marking the issue.

Regarding your query, the image you selected for the header image has the destroyed link of the image as shown in the screenshot given below, that is why the image is not being displayed.
Please use the image in the header section following the path Appearance > Customize > Header Image and add the image you want to be displayed.

The front page contains only limited images, so browse more button is made to redirect to another page. As on the same page, it might take time to load.

Regarding your query, the sub-text below the introduction title comes from the content section of the page. The page name renders as the introduction title and content as the sub-text. You can customize easily by following the path Appearance > Customize > FrontPage > Introduction. You can choose the page you want to display by enabling the introduction section.

Actually your query regarding product by trip is not quite clear. If you are asking about adding the new section in the customize part which will make you easy to display the products by trip under categories then this feature is currently not available in the theme. This requires code customization. You can consider a freelancer or our professional developer.
Also, regarding having the pages like the demo, can you please explain in detail as well as provide us with site URL so that we can help you?

Actually, when we inspected the site URL you have provided we found that you have used ‘ap-mega-menu’ plugin which is managing the layout of the menu and sub menu. So, the issue might be related to ‘ap-mega-menu’ plugin.
Also for your information, the plugin ‘ap-mega-menu’ is not compatible with our theme.
Further, as the number of menu items is too large, menu is going down to the bottom of computer screen and also almost no theme can manage the layout for such large menu items. So, to manage the layout for such large menu items, you have to hire either freelancer or professional developer.
Also, regarding making the height of the header larger, please add following given CSS code in Additional CSS section by going to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS

Actually, the layout of the menu and sub-menu has been managed through the theme itself. So, the option you have requested is not available in the theme.
