Created a new page, selected “page builders” in the template but no header image, and no real instructions on how you get it back on that page.

Actually we are not quite clear if you are using Travel Eye Pro or Travel Gem Pro and hence, are not very sure which theme instruction you are following.
Also, the header image option is available in the customizer section of the theme. You can get the option by going to, Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Header Image.

If you had a category for Travel Gem Pro I could log it under that one, but as you don’t on the “Support” forum I cannot and had to log in under another theme
So for clarification is for the Travel Gem Pro theme.
We know how to add a header image, as pointed out in teh post, the issue is, we have added new header images in teh sizes suggested but the justify to teh left and are not central leaving a grey backing on teh right.
If I could add a screen shot on this stupid “support” forum I would be able to show you

The issue has raised due to the image that you have used in the header. To make the image perfectly fit in the header, use the image size as mentioned below:
1350X360 px
This should resolve the issue.

Why does it also tell you in the header section to use image sizes of 1920 x 500px see http://prntscr.com/nysod8
The default banner used in the Theme is 1920 × 475px, which if I upload that size we get http://prntscr.com/nyssak so which size is right?
