In the Education Hub Pro demo there is a ‘shop’ with associated add to cart, etc. I can’t find how to do this so could you direct/help me, please? Thanks!

    Hello @s_paced

    Hope you are doing well.
TO make you site with shop with associated add to cart first you need to have WooCommerce plugin installed.
If you don’t have you can download it from here

    https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce/

If you have already installed the plugin, the plugins will create Shop, Cart, Checkout and My Account pages automatically. Check the pages going to Pages section of Admin Panel.
Now you need to add Shop page to the menu that you have currently set as Primary Menu.
Now that should be done by now.

And further you can add product from Products custom post type that you will see after WooCommerce plugin is installed.

For more reference you can refer these documentation

    https://docs.woothemes.com/document/woocommerce-pages/
    https://docs.woothemes.com/documentation/plugins/woocommerce/

    Hope this will help you.

    Best Regards!!!

I am having an issue with the checkout. I have double checked all of the pages are in the set-up settings, and have “allowed for guest checkout” is not checked so that they have to create an account but after I add to cart > click proceed to checkout – nothing is happening. Can you help? On mobile it just stays in cart and doesn’t proceed any further.

    Thanks.

    Hello,

Hello have you tried going to Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout -> And remove the “Tick” from Enable Guest CheckOut option.

    Hope this helps.
    Best regards.

Yes thank you. I checked that before I posted. I also have Woo memberships and I am thinking that perhaps it may have something to do with it too.
