I’m having an issue with the mobile version of my clean Commerce site. On the desktop version everything looks fine, but on the mobile version my categories on the left hand side are not all there. The last couple of categories are missing. Any ideas how to fix this?

Thank you. The website url is oneus.co. I am currently having issues with my mobile website. None of the formatting is shown on the mobile version. This happens every time I do any update of any kind, but I have not done any recent updates. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hello again! I really like this theme and want to continue using it. However, if I can’t figure out why the mobile version won’t work consistently. I will have to try a different one. Please help! 🙂

When we checked your site we do not find any kind of issue as you have mentioned . Everything appears perfectly fine in mobile version as well .
So please send us the screen shot of the issue that you find so that we would be clear on the issue .

Here are the images of what it should look like and what sometimes happens to the formatting. (There should be a product carousel on the main page.) This loss of formatting happens any time I do any updates to the website, but sometimes it just happens for no apparent reason.

The featured carousel has the option where you can make it appear either in Static Home page only or in the Statichome page and shop page .
When we checked your site the Featured carousel appears in the Static Front page and in shop page which is according to the theme feature .
But if you go to particular product page the slider wont display as there is no feature in the theme where the slider can even be displayed in individual product page and the second screen shot you have posted is of the individual product. Here the slider wont be displayed . So there is no such issues . The theme is working fine .

I apologize, but that is not what I’m saying. The carousel is showing up where I want it to. If you look at the images I attached, that shows what my actual issue is. The formatting is sometimes just lost on the mobile site. Please see attached images. If you have any questions, please contact me.

You are getting such format because you have enabled the Jetpack mobile mode .
So to remove such format in responsive view disable the jetpack mobile theme by going to Admin Panel > Jetpack > Setting > Theme enhancements .

Ok, I do have one additional issue that I’ve come across. I’m not sure if it is something to do with the theme or not. My related products that show when you click on a product are not related whatsoever. The related products are always toys, rather than items from the same category as the main item. Do you have any idea how to fix this issue?

Related products is done by the Product Category. It pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.
So to restrict a product from showing something unrelated, you’ll need to make sure they don’t share a category.

Hmmm. I think it may be a different issue then. The related products are ALWAYS from one specific product category. They don’t share any other categories. The related products that show up are “Green Toys”, no matter what product your click on.

These products cannot be specified in the admin, but can be influenced by grouping similar products in the same category or by using the same tags.
The issue might have caused because you may have assigned the product to same tags . As the related product are bundled using tags as well , group different product with different tag and verify the issue .
