Hi,
We have purchased Travel Insight Pro theme and have changed the main banner image on the home page to our own image.
What we are finding is when the page loads, the default snow-capped mountains loads first, and then is replaced by our own image.
This is an issue as we are based in inland Australia, far far away from snow capped mountains.
How can we have this default image not appear at all?

Now coming back to your issue, when we tested the issue in the latest version of the theme we could not find such issue as you can see in the below-given screen record:

Thank you for the site URL.
When we inspected your site URL, we found that you do not have the latest version of the theme. So please update to the latest version of the theme which is version(1.3.9). The issue has been fixed in the latest version of the theme.
