For keystrokeclickcreative.com homepage, I’ve enabled the Slider, set Static Front Page to a page with a Feature Image.
I only want the slider so I’ve deleted the Header image and there is no Background Image.
However, the homepage shows the Feature Image as a Header Image sitting on top of the Slider.
How do I remove the Header Image that sits on top, when all I want is the Slider?
How can this be corrected?

As we have inspected your site we found that you have enabled the header image.
So please go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Sections > Slider Options and check on Enable Slider? option. Here you can set the slider from category, page and custom type . Select the appropriate options and you will have the slider in your home page. Also make sure to upload the image in the featured image section of the post/ page as the image in the slide comes from that section.
Hope this helps.

I do NOT have the Header image enabled. There is no Header image uploaded.
I have the Slider enabled. The Slider is showing on my page. But the Header (which is not enabled and has no photo uploaded) shows above my Slider.
Please view the following for screenshots:
No Background Image

The theme has option to disable the header image by going in particular page editor. So once go to “Home page” page editor screen and disable the header image From the options available at the button of the page. Refer to below screens shot:
This will remove the header image from the home page and you will only have the slider in your home page.
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the screenshot @wensolutions – that helped (and fixed it).
I love the options your theme allows but I have to learn all the areas where they are located.
Thank you for the quick replies and all of your help.
