Hi theme palace,
I’m currently having a frustration problem with a theme a bought ( Education Hub Pro ) where I can no logger customize my website trough (Appearance > Customize)
every time i click on customize, I only see a white screen with nothing on it…
Please help, it’s a little bit urgent..

First of all thank you very much for buying the pro version and also we would like to apologize for the inconveniences.
When we tested the theme, we are unable to find such issue so once debug the site by setting WP_DEBUG: TRUE in wp-config file. Also please post the error so that we could inspect further.
Furthermore, if you have installed any third party plugin please deactivate them and verify the issue.
