Hi, my drop-down arrows and social media links aren’t showing up anymore. I’m not sure what happened. I saw that someone had the same issue but that was due to the BeaverBuilder plugin and I have that disabled. What else could cause that?

We found that the problem is a plugin called Beaver Builder which is the WYSIWYG editor we used to build the entire website on. If we deactivate that, then the entire layout of our site gets scrambled. The plugin worked fine until recently, then stopped being compatible with our Education Hub Pro theme. Support from the Beaver Builder Plugin team said to contact our theme’s developer to see if the issue could be solved. Unfortunately, we’re in a tight bind and can’t easily deactivate the plugin without losing months worth of work. We would appreciate any advice you may have.Thank you!

Actually, the Beaver Builder plugin uses the font awesome above 5 whereas the Education Hub theme use below 4 which happens to cause the issue.
So as for now as suggested by the tom, use the custom CSS mentioned in the link to fix the issue.
