Actually it is very difficult to adjust the area of the footer in absence of content in content area. To make all of this section work you need to include proper content so that all of the parts will settle at its position .
Also we are unable to access to the page that you are having issue so we cannot view what exactly your issue is .So please post the URL of the page so that we could look further into the issue .

Hi, actually that’s a members only area, so tell me how can i give you the login id and pass, any private email add. here i cannot give it, but the link posted in the above chat is the snapshot of the screen where a simple message is displayed before the user asking s(he) to subscribe, i cannot add much content to that as it is controlled by a plugin, try to give me some css or any code which could solve this issue

The issue of the gap is exactly not the issue . You are getting such gap due to not having enough content in content area of the page. We could not even provide CSS for the gap as the whole HTML body will end up in the footer section .
So the only way you could solve is by adding the content in the content area of the page .
