I have set the home page. I have set categories. but my homepage is still not the same as the demo. no slider, no call to action and everything.

Hello,
Please make sure, to set the homepage as per the demo, you have enabled the required sections from the customizer along with the homepage set as static homepage.
To enable the sections of the homepage, go to, Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize
