Hello there, I have just bought your theme. Unfortunately it doesn’t work properly. I have installed everything and tried to edit my website, but it looks very empty. Could you help me with this matter, otherwise I kindly ask you to refund my amount.

    Thank you in advance.

    Best regards,
    Asif

    Hello

We thoroughly inspected your site and figured out some crucial reasons which has hit the basic functionality of the site.

On inspection, we found that you have used a large number of third party plugins which created an incompatibility issue in your side. Those plugins that are recommended by the themes covers a wide functionality requirements. However, you can use third party plugins if you compulsorily need the feature in your side but the compatibility issue can occur with them.

We recommend you to deactivate the third party plugins and try setting up the site with the recommended plugins in the very first phase. Also, we found that you have added some extra code snippet ( font snippets ) which is in the top of the front page.

Also, when we tried creating the post it gave an error message but we able to create the post.

The best case scenario for this case would be to set the theme in a fresh setup and set up the site with minimal number of plugins. We will surely assist you further. Please keep updating the changes that you make.

Hope to hear from you again,

    Best Regards.
