I have tried to find this in the settings for the theme and it does not appear to be editable from the gui. I think this is not supposed to be the case.
I found the CSS to be the background-color:
a.comment-reply-link {
background-color: #294a70;
Can we get this fixed since I really don’t want to over-write the default css if I have to.
If there is a different place to change this that I simply overlooked, please let me know and I’ll happily change it there instead.

Actually, we are not quite clear with your issue. We are not quite sure which background color you mean?
So can you please explain it more clearly with the proper screenshot so that we can provide the precise fix on this?
