Hi,
I have added one custom slider but the moment I add in another one, the first one disappears and neither show up. Can you guide me as to how I add custom sliders and how to add more than one or whether there is another issue when I add more than one?

The image in the slider comes from the featured image section of the page/post .
while we have inspected your site we found that you have not uploaded the image or say the URL for the image is shown blank.
So please make sure you have uploaded the image in the featured image section for the page/post by going to Admin Panel > Page/Post and to particular Page/Post .
Refer to below screen shot for clear info:
