    It appears that your support system for paid themes is this forum, where this replaces a ticket system. A person posts his concern or problem with a theme, and answers are posted to the thread.

    Is this how paid support works in Theme Palace?

    Just asking to understand how this works.

    Hello,

    Yes if you wish to know the basic procedure of the support system, is the theme/plugin user having problem with the theme/plugin, posts/creates a thread addressing his/her problem on the designated theme/plugin’s forum. Then we (the support team) provide a viable solution or a possible suggestion to help the user.

    Yes our response time is fast, usually we follow up as soon as possible.
    But rarely due to time gap with our valued users and/or other issues it might take up to 12-14 hrs for reply.
