    I did not realise that the licence was yearly and have just updated my licence. It is not showing active in my wordpress and then I noticed that the site URL registered to my licence was the temporary one.

    My site url should be http://www.murciatriketours.com not murciatriketours.live-website.com/

    Hello,

    As per your query, once you used your license in either the temporary site or any other site, you have to reset the license key if you want to use it on another site now.

    For resetting procedure, you have to send reset request at the e-mail below,

    info[at]themepalace.com
