My home page looks great on a computer and mobile phone, but it is not formatting correctly on an ipad. It looks more like the desktop view than the mobile view on the ipad. When I click the tablet view on the customizing page, it looks perfect. I am using the Education Hub Pro theme. supportwynford.com

Actually it is not the issue but standard theme styling . In customize view the screen will shrink so it displays mobile menu while the original size of tabloid display as in the desktop .
However if you still want your i-pad to have the styling like in the mobile view create and activate the child theme .
You can even create the child theme using the plugin given below .

After activating the child theme in your child theme style.css paste below given CSS.
